GangBet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus balance in your Account will be forfeited in full. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account — after deduction of any outstanding obligations — will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a commercially reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any active wagering requirements attached to credited Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GangBet holds its primary gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and GangBet within thirty (30) days of written notification shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.
